I DID write a post for yesterday, but then things got crazy busy but it never got posted lol and then I managed to lose it in the madness. BUT, Wednesday’s are “Write a story in six words or less” days, and the theme I picked for yesterday was “KEY”. Write your stories!

Today is Thursday, and it’s “Good News Thursday”. First story I came across I absolutely love. Thirteen soldiers returning from Afghanistan were upgraded to first class. Personally, I think they should ALWAYS fly first class. I can’t believe that is NOT the case! What a world we live in ... but this made me quite happy, and it’s a great story/read.

This seems like an amazing non-profit. They build a ‘box of happiness’ and then send them out to women in shelters. It’s quite heartwarming to read things like this.

And, I don’t think mothers out there get enough thanks for all that they do. I know from personal experience that my mother doesn’t. If I could give her the world I would. She’s been such an amazing mother to all of us, and even people she’s adopted along the way as her kids (though thankfully they don’t live with us :D). She’s just a wonderful woman who gives and gives and gives and NEVER asks for anything in return. So, to all the mothers out there, THANK YOU for everything you do … and that’s why I’m sharing this story, cuz I liked it :D Twenty-four Clear Signs You’re a Mother. <3

I’m sure a lot of people have seen the Jimmy Kimmel Halloween evilness lol – he asked parents to tell their children they ate all their candy and then record the reaction and upload it to YouTube.
